 Aruna’s homes are built with local materials and with practical and efficient layouts.

The tiny homes have a physically smaller footprint and therefore require less material and less waste to build.

Hybrid Solar Technology

With hybrid solar technology and being built in an environment that gets plenty of sun, these homes can produce more for less.

The homes are powered by solar power when available and will automatically switch to the grid when solar is limited, lowering your energy usage and your power bill!

Desalination

Reverse osmosis, or desalination, is the process of removing salt from the ocean water to create fresh water.



By making use of the  abundance of the ocean’s water rather than using precious aquifer underground fresh water, Aruna has invested in a big way towards minimal impact on the planet.

Bio Filter

Bio Filters are used to reuse the wastewater by having it pass through a filtration process that makes it the perfect water for irrigating the community landscaping.  Creating a beautiful lush environment that you can enjoy knowing was provided by recycled water.
